Product Description: - Adding essential oils to the humidifier will cause corrosion and may lead to cracking of the water tank or base. - Placing the humidifier on the floor or a wooden table is possible, but it is not the most ideal choice as it may lead to wet surroundings due to locally high humidity levels. It is recommended to put a tray underneath. - The bubbling or knocking sound the humidifier makes while running is normal and does not affect its performance. - Whether to use tap water or distilled water depends on the mineral content in your area. Tap water may cause scale build-up in the long term, so distilled water is recommended. - Cleaning the mist tube and top part can be done using the included cleaning brush.
